Five-Spice Pork Wraps

This Asian-style spiced pork wrap is bursting with flavours. Juicy pork mince, topped with crunchy salad and creamy avocado with a hint of citrus.

Ingredients

  • 1 AvoFresh 'Hint of Lemon' Tube
  • 500 g pork mince
  • 4 wholegrain wraps
  • 1 tsp five spice seasoning
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 of bag coleslaw mix
  • garlic aioli
  • Handful of coriander leaves

Instructions

  • Finely chop garlic and grate ginger (or use minced as a quick alternative).
  • Heat oil in frypan and cook pork mince until brown. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 min.
  • Add Chinese five spice mix, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce to mince, stirring until combined.
  • Spoon mince mixture into middle of wrap (be careful not to overfill).
  • Add coleslaw and squeeze on avocado. Drizzle over garlic aioli and garnish with coriander leaves.
