Five-Spice Pork Wraps
This Asian-style spiced pork wrap is bursting with flavours. Juicy pork mince, topped with crunchy salad and creamy avocado with a hint of citrus.

Ingredients
- 1 AvoFresh 'Hint of Lemon' Tube
- 500 g pork mince
- 4 wholegrain wraps
- 1 tsp five spice seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 of bag coleslaw mix
- garlic aioli
- Handful of coriander leaves
Instructions
- Finely chop garlic and grate ginger (or use minced as a quick alternative).
- Heat oil in frypan and cook pork mince until brown. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 min.
- Add Chinese five spice mix, soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce to mince, stirring until combined.
- Spoon mince mixture into middle of wrap (be careful not to overfill).
- Add coleslaw and squeeze on avocado. Drizzle over garlic aioli and garnish with coriander leaves.
