Ingredients

  • 1 AvoFresh Guacamole Tub
  • 225 g tortilla strips
  • cups cheddar or tasty cheese, grated
  • 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 lime (optional), wedges
  • Fresh coriander (optional), to garnish

Instructions

  • Load each plate with corn chips and sprinkle over cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt cheese (or place under the oven grill).
  • Top with guacamole, sour cream, onion and cherry tomatoes. Service with lime wedges and coriander to garnish.
