Ingredients
- 1 AvoFresh Guacamole Tub
- 225 g tortilla strips
- 1½ cups cheddar or tasty cheese, grated
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 lime (optional), wedges
- Fresh coriander (optional), to garnish
Instructions
- Load each plate with corn chips and sprinkle over cheese. Microwave for 30 seconds to melt cheese (or place under the oven grill).
- Top with guacamole, sour cream, onion and cherry tomatoes. Service with lime wedges and coriander to garnish.
