Prawn Tacos with Mango Salsa

This simple prawn taco recipe is perfect for a hot summer night. Topped with fresh mango salsa and creamy guacamole, it is bursting with juicy flavour!

  • 600 g large prawns
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 8 Taco wraps
  • 300 g lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tub of AvoFresh Guacamole
  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1 Red capsicum, finely diced
  • 1 Jalapeño, finely diced
  • ½ Red onion, finely diced
  • 1 Lime


  • Add onion, capsicum, jalapeño, mango, and the juice of 1 lime to a bowl and mix to make the salsa. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the prawns and garlic and stir through, cooking evenly until golden.
  • Heat the tacos according to the pack instructions.
  • To serve, fill the taco wraps with lettuce, mango salsa, prawns and then a big dollop of guacamole.
