Strawberry & Avocado Christmas Salad
A combination of leafy greens, sweet crunchy fruit, and dollops of creamy avocado – The perfect salad for Christmas lunch!
Ingredients
- 1 AvoFresh 'Hint of Lemon' Tube
- 1 packet of rocket
- 2 golden kiwifruit
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 packet of feta
Instructions
- Prepare fruit: Slice and cut kiwi fruit into star shapes using a knife, halve strawberries, and peel pomegranate.
- Place rocket in a large salad bowl or serving dish.
- Layer fruits onto the leaves, and crumble feta over the top.
- Squeeze dollops of AvoFresh straight from the tube onto your salad.
- Serve and enjoy!
