Chargrilled Prawn Tacos

These healthy prawn tacos make a deliciously easy family lunch or dinner. Juicy chargrilled prawns topped with fresh salad and creamy guacamole… and ready to serve in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 AvoFresh Guacamole Tub
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 pack of raw prawns
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cabbage, shredded
  • 1 bunch of spinach leaves
  • 8 large tortilla wraps
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high. Spray prawns with olive oil and cook on the grill for 2 mins each side or until lightly charred and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  • Lightly spray tortillas with olive oil and heat on grill for 1-2 mins each side until softened or slightly charred
  • Top warmed tortillas with cabbage, tomato, spinach, prawns and a big dollop of creamy guacamole. Serve with with lime wedges.
