Flaky Fish Taco

Zesty lime and pepper avocado, flaky fish and fresh pico di gallo enveloped in a warm tortilla wrap… a simple, flavourful fish taco recipe that’s perfect to share around for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 AvoFresh Lime & Pepper Tube
  • 8 soft tacos, warmed
  • 400 g white-fleshed flaky fish fillets, Barramundi or Snapper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning
  • 2 tsp tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • Bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 lime

Instructions

  • Line the bottom of air fryer with foil (or tray if using oven) and pre-heat to 390°C.
  • Pat fish dry with paper towel. Mix oil and taco seasoning together and baste onto fish fillets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until no longer transparent.
  • Finely dice tomato, onion, and jalapeno and combine. Stir through juice of lime to make pico de gallo.
  • Warm tacos as per instructions on the box.
  • Spread ripe and ready avocado onto tortillas and top with flaky fish, pico de gallo, coriander and lime.
