Prawn Tacos with Mango Salsa

This simple prawn taco recipe is perfect for a hot summer night. Topped with fresh mango salsa and creamy guacamole, it is bursting with juicy flavour!

  • 600 g large prawns
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 8 Taco wraps
  • 300 g lettuce, shredded
  • 1 Tub of AvoFresh Guacamole
  • 1 Mango, diced
  • 1 Red capsicum, finely diced
  • 1 Jalapeño, finely diced
  • ½ Red onion, finely diced
  • 1 Lime


  1. Add onion, capsicum, jalapeño, mango, and the juice of 1 lime to a bowl and mix to make the salsa. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the prawns and garlic and stir through, cooking evenly until golden.
  3. Heat the tacos according to the pack instructions.
  4. To serve, fill the taco wraps with lettuce, mango salsa, prawns and then a big dollop of guacamole.
