Chargrilled Prawn Tacos
These healthy prawn tacos make a deliciously easy family lunch or dinner. Juicy chargrilled prawns topped with fresh salad and creamy guacamole... and ready to serve in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 Tub of AvoFresh Guacamole
- Olive oil spray
- 1 pack of raw prawns
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 cabbage, shredded
- 1 bunch of spinach leaves
- 8 large tortilla wraps
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Method
- Heat a barbecue grill or chargrill on medium-high. Spray prawns with olive oil and cook on the grill for 2 mins each side or until lightly charred and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- Lightly spray tortillas with olive oil and heat on grill for 1-2 mins each side until softened or slightly charred
- Top warmed tortillas with cabbage, tomato, spinach, prawns and a big dollop of creamy guacamole. Serve with with lime wedges.
