Flaky Fish Tacos

Zesty lime and pepper avocado, flaky fish and fresh pico di gallo enveloped in a warm tortilla wrap… a simple, flavourful fish taco recipe that’s perfect to share around for lunch or dinner!

  • 1 AvoFresh Lime & Pepper Tube
  • 8 soft tacos, warmed
  • 400 g white-fleshed flaky fish fillets (Barramundi, Snapper)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning
  • 2 tsp tomatoes
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 jalapeno
  • Bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 lime


  1. Line the bottom of air fryer with foil (or tray if using oven) and pre-heat to 390°C.
  2. Pat fish dry with paper towel. Mix oil and taco seasoning together and baste onto fish fillets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until no longer transparent.
  3. Finely dice tomato, onion, and jalapeno and combine. Stir through juice of lime to make pico de gallo.
  4. Warm tacos as per instructions on the box.
  5. Spread ripe and ready avocado onto tortillas and top with flaky fish, pico de gallo, coriander and lime.
