Flaky Fish Tacos
Zesty lime and pepper avocado, flaky fish and fresh pico di gallo enveloped in a warm tortilla wrap… a simple, flavourful fish taco recipe that’s perfect to share around for lunch or dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 AvoFresh Lime & Pepper Tube
- 8 soft tacos, warmed
- 400 g white-fleshed flaky fish fillets (Barramundi, Snapper)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Mexican seasoning
- 2 tsp tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- 1 jalapeno
- Bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 lime
Method
- Line the bottom of air fryer with foil (or tray if using oven) and pre-heat to 390°C.
- Pat fish dry with paper towel. Mix oil and taco seasoning together and baste onto fish fillets. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until no longer transparent.
- Finely dice tomato, onion, and jalapeno and combine. Stir through juice of lime to make pico de gallo.
- Warm tacos as per instructions on the box.
- Spread ripe and ready avocado onto tortillas and top with flaky fish, pico de gallo, coriander and lime.
