Crab Omelette Open Wrap Recipe

A soft wrap smothered with creamy avocado, topped with a fluffy crab-meat omelette and garnished with fresh veggies in tangy Asian dressing.

  • 1 AvoFresh Lime & Pepper Tube
  • Sesame oil, for cooking
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tsp fish sauce
  • 170 g tinned crab meat
  • 1 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cucumber, cut julienne
  • 2 carrots, cut julienne
  • 1 1 red cayenne chilli, cut julienne
  • 1 tbsp Asian salad dressing
  • Handful of coriander
  • 4 soft wraps
  • Lime wedges, to serve (optional)


  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, fish sauce and crab meat.
  2. Heat 1/2 tablespoon oil in a frying pan. Add one-quarter of onion, cooking until onion has softened.
  3. Add one quarter of the egg mixture to the pan. Cook until omelette has almost set, and flip.
  4. Transfer omelette to a plate and cover keep warm. Repeat 3 more times with the rest of the ingredients and mixture.
  5. Place carrot, cucumber, chillies and coriander in a bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
  6. Spread AvoFresh onto wraps. Place omelette on top and garnish with salad and lime.
