Chinese Spiced Pork Wraps

This twist on a traditional burrito has a mix of fresh flavours that will leave you wanting more than just one.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Pork Mince
  • 4 Wholegrain Wraps
  • 1 Tube AvoFresh Lime & Cracked Pepper
  • 1 Bag Coleslaw Mix
  • 1 tsp Five Spice
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tsp Ginger
  • Garlic Aioli
  • Handful of coriander leaves

Method

  1. Finely CHOP garlic & grate ginger (or use minced as a quick alternative)
  2. COOK pork mince in large frying pan until brown
  3. ADD garlic & ginger to pork and cook for 1 min
  4. ADD Soy Sauce & Chinese spice mix Sweet Chilli Sauce
  5. Place wrap onto plate
  6. ADD 3 x scoops of mince mixture in middle of wrap (be careful not to overfill)
  7. ADD coleslaw
  8. SQUEEZE AvoFresh Lime & Black Pepper
  9. ADD Coriander
  10. DRIZZLE with Garlic Aioli
