
Chinese Spiced Pork Wraps
This twist on a traditional burrito has a mix of fresh flavours that will leave you wanting more than just one.

Ingredients
- 500 g Pork Mince
- 4 Wholegrain Wraps
- 1 Tube AvoFresh Lime & Cracked Pepper
- 1 Bag Coleslaw Mix
- 1 tsp Five Spice
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tsp Ginger
- Garlic Aioli
- Handful of coriander leaves
Method
- Finely CHOP garlic & grate ginger (or use minced as a quick alternative)
- COOK pork mince in large frying pan until brown
- ADD garlic & ginger to pork and cook for 1 min
- ADD Soy Sauce & Chinese spice mix Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Place wrap onto plate
- ADD 3 x scoops of mince mixture in middle of wrap (be careful not to overfill)
- ADD coleslaw
- SQUEEZE AvoFresh Lime & Black Pepper
- ADD Coriander
- DRIZZLE with Garlic Aioli
