Chilli Scramble Avo Toast Recipe
Creamy avocado, fluffy eggs, and the subtle heat of chilli - this easy breakfast recipe is quick to make with only a few ingredients. Serve with a side of sriracha for extra bite!

Ingredients
- 1 AvoFresh Lime & Pepper Tube
- 2 English muffins
- 1 butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 red chilli, finely diced
- Salt, taste
- ¼ tsp sriracha
- Lime wedges, to serve (optional)
- Coriander, to serve (optional)
Method
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, chilli and salt.
- Heat butter in a frypan until melted. Pour in egg mixture and allow the bottom to cook slightly.
- Scramble the egg mixture using a spatula, repeating until almost cooked through. Remove from heat.
- While the scramble is cooking, slice english muffins in half and toast until lightly golden.
- Spread avocado on muffins and top with scrambled egg and a side of sriracha. Garnish with lime wedges and coriander.
