BLAT Sandwich (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado & Tomato)

Level up your usual BLT with this BLAT Sandwich recipe.

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 slices of multi-grain or sourdough bread
  • 1 AvoFresh with a 'Hint of Lemon' Tub or Tube
  • 2 rashers of bacon
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 2 lettuce leaves


  1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frypan and cook 2 rashers of bacon until golden and crisp, turning as needed.
  2. Toast two slices of bread (sourdough is a delicious low-gluten option!)
  3. Spread 'Hint of Lemon' AvoFresh straight from the tub onto your toast slices.
  4. Layer with bacon, sliced tomato, and fresh lettuce leaves.
  5. Sandwich with your second piece of toast, slice, and ENJOY!
