BLAT Sandwich (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado & Tomato)
Level up your usual BLT with this BLAT Sandwich recipe.

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 slices of multi-grain or sourdough bread
- 1 AvoFresh with a 'Hint of Lemon' Tub or Tube
- 2 rashers of bacon
- 4 slices of tomato
- 2 lettuce leaves
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frypan and cook 2 rashers of bacon until golden and crisp, turning as needed.
- Toast two slices of bread (sourdough is a delicious low-gluten option!)
- Spread 'Hint of Lemon' AvoFresh straight from the tub onto your toast slices.
- Layer with bacon, sliced tomato, and fresh lettuce leaves.
- Sandwich with your second piece of toast, slice, and ENJOY!
