
Beef Taco Bowls
This recipe is so versatile, it can be used with soft tacos or with a taco bowl, making this an instant family favourite.

Ingredients
- BASE
- 1 Old El Paso Stand 'n Stuff Soft Taco Kit
- Alternative: Toast a large tortilla by placing it in a small round tray and cook in the oven for 10 minutes
- INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Long-grain rice
- 500 g Beef Mince
- 1 1 Tub of AvoFresh 'Hint of Lemon' or AvoFresh Guacamole
- 1 Red tomato, chopped and cubed
- 1 Lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup Tasty Cheese, grated
- 400 mg Sour Cream
- 1 Jalapeno, diced
Method
- COOK the rice
- CHOP up the tomato and washed lettuce
- HEAT griddle pan & COOK beef mince
- SEASON the mince with Taco Seasoning Mix
- HEAT the tortilla bowls or Tacos
- PLACE the rice and cooked beef mince into the Taco Bowls/Tacos
- TOP with cubed tomato, shredded lettuce and grated cheese
- TOP with AvoFresh and a dollop of sour cream
- ADD the diced Jalapeno
- ENJOY
