Antipasto Wreath Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 AvoFresh 'Hint of Lemon' Tub
- 1 French bread stick
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 zucchini, sliced and grilled
- 100 g prosciutto
- 100 g halloumi, sliced and grilled
- 1 tub of olives
Method
- Cut French bread stick into slices and layout in circular wreath shape.
- Generously spread AvoFresh onto all the bread slices.
- Add zucchini, halloumi, tomatoes and olives.
- Create 'rosettes' by loosely rolling strips of prosciutto in a circular formation, and place onto wreath.
- Grab a slice and enjoy!
