Antipasto Wreath Recipe

A show-stopping Christmas appetiser that takes minimal effort and features all your favourite antipasto ingredients... This is a recipe you just HAVE to try this holiday season!

  • 1 AvoFresh 'Hint of Lemon' Tub
  • 1 French bread stick
  • 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 zucchini, sliced and grilled
  • 100 g prosciutto
  • 100 g halloumi, sliced and grilled
  • 1 tub of olives


  1. Cut French bread stick into slices and layout in circular wreath shape.
  2. Generously spread AvoFresh onto all the bread slices.
  3. Add zucchini, halloumi, tomatoes and olives.
  4. Create 'rosettes' by loosely rolling strips of prosciutto in a circular formation, and place onto wreath.
  5. Grab a slice and enjoy!
