Smoked Ocean Trout with Avocado

Hard to find a better way to create a quick healthy dish, that is good for you and tastes great as well! Smoked Ocean Trout with your signature squeeze of AvoFresh will be just the thing that leaves the family and friends in awe of your creativity (if only they knew how easy it was :-)

Ingredients

  • 200 g Smoked Ocean Trout
  • 1 Tub of AvoFresh Hint of Lemon or Carlic and Coriander
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 20 g Sugar Snap Peas
  • 1 Sprig of Dill (to garnish)
  • 1 Mango
  • 4 Slices of Pineapple
  • 100 g Cut up Watermelon
  • 2 Slices of Lemon

Method

  1. Chop spring onion into small pieces (green and white)
  2. Peel Sugar Peas
  3. Mix1/2 of Spring Onion, Sugar Peas and AvoFresh (leave only green spring onion aside)
  4. Plate up the Smoked Trout
  5. Add to the side the AvoFresh Mix (as desired)
  6. Cut Mango into Cubes
  7. Optional (dice Pineapple slices)
  8. Add Mango, Watermelon and Pineapple to the plate
  9. Garnish with Dill, Green Spring Onion and serve with a slice of Lemon
