
Guilt Free Vegetarian Nachos
Nachos are a firm favourite in many households. This quick mid-week dinner idea delivers all the taste without the guilt.

Ingredients
- 1 Bag Natural Chip Co. Corn Chips Sea Salt
- 1 Tub AvoFresh Garlic & Coriander
- 1½ cups grated cheddar or tasty cheese
- 1½ punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
- 1½ Red Onion
- 1 Bunch Fresh Coriander
- 1 Lime
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika (To Garnish)
Method
- DICE red onion
- CUT cherry tomatoes into halves
- LOAD each plate with corn chips
- COVER chips with grated cheese
- POP plate in microwave for 30 seconds to melt cheese
- TOP melted cheese with red onion and cherry tomatoes
- ADD generous dollops of AvoFresh Garlic & Coriander
- SPRINKLE with coriander & Paprika
- SERVE with Lime Wedges & Sour Cream on the side (Optional)
