Guilt Free Vegetarian Nachos

Nachos are a firm favourite in many households. This quick mid-week dinner idea delivers all the taste without the guilt.

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Natural Chip Co. Corn Chips Sea Salt
  • 1 Tub AvoFresh Garlic & Coriander
  • cups grated cheddar or tasty cheese
  • punnet of Cherry Tomatoes
  • Red Onion
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Coriander
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 tbsp Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika (To Garnish)

Method

  1. DICE red onion
  2. CUT cherry tomatoes into halves
  3. LOAD each plate with corn chips
  4. COVER chips with grated cheese
  5. POP plate in microwave for 30 seconds to melt cheese
  6. TOP melted cheese with red onion and cherry tomatoes
  7. ADD generous dollops of AvoFresh Garlic & Coriander
  8. SPRINKLE with coriander & Paprika
  9. SERVE with Lime Wedges & Sour Cream on the side (Optional)
