
AvoFresh on toast with a poached egg

Ingredients
- 1 AvoFresh Hint of Lemon Tub
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Slice of sourdough
- 1 Large egg
- Pepper or chilli flakes to season (optional)
Method
- FILL a large saucepan with water and bring to the boil
- ADD in the vinegar and salt to the water
- CRACK the egg in a small bowl to transfer the egg to a medium sized saucepan for poaching
- BOIL the egg in the water for 2-3 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper towel
- USE a spoon to scoop AvoFresh and spread on to the toasted sourdough
- TOP the poached egg and season with some freshly cracked black pepper or chilli flakes for an added kick
