AvoFresh on toast with a poached egg

Make this simple and nutritious breakfast with just a handful of ingredients.

  • 1 AvoFresh Hint of Lemon Tub
  • 2 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Slice of sourdough
  • 1 Large egg
  • Pepper or chilli flakes to season (optional)


  1. FILL a large saucepan with water and bring to the boil
  2. ADD in the vinegar and salt to the water
  3. CRACK the egg in a small bowl to transfer the egg to a medium sized saucepan for poaching
  4. BOIL the egg in the water for 2-3 minutes, until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen paper towel
  5. USE a spoon to scoop AvoFresh and spread on to the toasted sourdough
  6. TOP the poached egg and season with some freshly cracked black pepper or chilli flakes for an added kick
  7. ENJOY!
