Avocado Christmas Tree Flatbread
An easy, healthy and festive snack to make with the kids… these tasty Avocado Christmas Trees are a must-try!
Ingredients
- 1 AvoFresh 'Hint of Lemon' Tube
- 1 pack of flatbread
- 1 punnet of tiny tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, cut into sticks
- 50 g feta
Instructions
- Cut flatbread into 6 slices to form triangle 'trees'.
- Squeeze AvoFresh 'Hint of Lemon' from the tube and spread with a knife.
- Decorate trees with tiny tomato 'baubles', using yellow ones as the top 'star' .
- Crumble feta over the trees.
- Place sticks of cucumber at the base to create 'trunks'.
- Serve for Santa, or for your guests to enjoy!
