Avocado & Smoked Salmon Pasta
A quick and easy pasta recipe using only 5 ingredients! Enjoyed warm, or served cold for a tasty summer lunch with smokey salmon, juicy tomatoes and our silky-smooth avocado.

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp AvoFresh 'Lime & Pepper' Tube
- 400 g fettuccine pasta
- 200 g smoked salmon, sliced
- 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
- Fresh parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, according to pack instructions. Drain, and place in large serving bowl.
- Squeeze 1 tube of 'Lime & Pepper' AvoFresh into pasta and mix thoroughly.
- Stir in the salmon and tomatoes, and garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm or cold, and enjoy!
