Avocado & Smoked Salmon Pasta

A quick and easy pasta recipe using only 5 ingredients! Enjoyed warm, or served cold for a tasty summer lunch with smokey salmon, juicy tomatoes and our silky-smooth avocado.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp AvoFresh 'Lime & Pepper' Tube
  • 400 g fettuccine pasta
  • 200 g smoked salmon, sliced
  • 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Fresh parsley to garnish

Instructions

  • Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, according to pack instructions. Drain, and place in large serving bowl.
  • Squeeze 1 tube of 'Lime & Pepper' AvoFresh into pasta and mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in the salmon and tomatoes, and garnish with parsley.
  • Serve warm or cold, and enjoy!
